RACSEL provides tooling to help countries prepare local systems for the tracks. The national node is the first component to deploy and includes the FHIR server, terminology server, mediator, and VHL services.

The MPI is a shared service used by countries to identify patients before generating healthcare records. GDHCN provides the trust network used for signing and validating QR/VHL documents.
